Come take instruction from West Plains Artist Guild president, Angela Bullard, on how to create wax encaustic art in this workshop at the Harlin Museum on, Saturday, October 19th from 12 pm – 4 pm. Cost for the workshop is $30/ person; cash or check only and students may pay at the door on the day of the workshop.
