Entry Fee:
1 piece of artwork – $15.00, 2 pieces – $20.00, 3 pieces $25.00, 4 pieces $30.00, 5th piece FREE!
Digital Artists may enter a maximum of 5 works of art. Cash or check payments only; make checks payable to the Harlin Museum.

Guidelines:
All digital art must be an original work of the artist entering. All works must not have been previously exhibited in the Harlin Museum. Any digitally-rendered 2D or 3D image is acceptable (EXCEPT digitally edited photographs unless used as part of a larger piece of work) or animation that can be projected onto a screen or printed & framed. This includes:
Digital Illustration
Digital Imaging
Digital Painting
Fractal Art
Pixel Art
Motion Graphics
Evolutionary Art (an image generated using an evolutionary algorithm)
Printed pieces of digitally-rendered still art must be no smaller than 8”x10”. Still art must be matted & backed to be hung by Velcro or matted & framed. Artwork which is framed under glass must be ready with wire and eye-screws for hanging. No sawtooth hangers, PLEASE.
All animated art must be submitted in a software-compatible Windows format, such as .MOV & .mp4 file types to be displayed via projector. Animated artwork may be submitted via thumb drive OR may be emailed to Vicki Martin (contact info is provided below). Competition pieces will be released for pickup at 3pm on Sunday, February 29th, 2020 and must be picked up from the museum by the Sunday of the following week, during regular hours of operation, or will become property of the museum.
Sales: Entries may be offered for sale during the dates of the show; the Harlin Museum is entitled to a 30% commission on all sales made during the dates of the show exhibit.
Reception: Gala Nite at the Museum will host the show’s Award’s Reception for artists on Saturday, February 28th, 2020 (5-7pm) at the museum. Open to the public; refreshments and drinks will be served.
Sponsors: The Harlin Museum’s 2020 Digital Art Show Competition is sponsored by the Harlin Museum’s Patrons and the James P. Harlin Foundation Board of Directors. Proceeds from the show go towards the museum’s maintenance and the continuation of it’s cultural and educational programming.
